Electric Web Fizzles Out

In the last issue of Blazon we mentioned that Norweb Communications, part of British Gas were developing an intriguing new way of accessing the Internet - via the electricity supply, as is currently used for baby alarms.

Although the technology has been patented, a lack of investors or users has persuaded both them and their North American partner to pull the plug on a roll out.
